Tuesday, an off-duty Prince George’s County police officer suffered a medical emergency while driving southbound on the interstate, striking another southbound car, hitting a Jersey wall barrier and crashing into a second vehicle. The officer, Corporal Kevin L. Brooks Sr., died at the hospital.
