At 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to a hazmat incident at Fort Myer’s Henderson Hall in Arlington. 11 Marines began suffering from burning sensations and nose bleeds—three were transported to the hospital in stable condition—after a letter containing an unknown, potentially hazardous substance was opened.
