Nestle’s move to Rossyln should be complete by end of January; Va. Senate committee votes against DACA students receiving in-state tuition

Employees at Nestle’s Glendale, California, headquarters are settling in to their new Rosslyn headquarters. The company’s cross-county move is expected to be complete by the end of the month.

Following a Virginia Senate committee’s denial of two bills presented by Farifax Democratic Sen. Dave Marsden, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals students will not be able to receive in-state tuition. However, Republican Sen. Stephen Newman recommended that Marsden try to “fold the proposal into other bills.”
