94th District race a tie after Republican David Yancey receives questionable vote; Lorton mother and son die in Mexico bus crash

That voter had chosen every other Republican on the ballot, making it seem as though voting for Simonds was an error. Now a tie, the 94th District will be chosen by placing each name in its own film canister and then picking the winner out of a glass bowl.
