A Harvest of Thorns
by Corban Addison
Thomas Nelson

Activist, lawyer and writer Corban Addison investigates the world of global fashion in his latest tome, A Harvest of Thorns, which follows the stories of a family whose daughters were harmed, one killed, in a factory in Bangladesh; the company behind the factory; and a journalist who is trying to bring justice to the horrible aftermath of a major factory fire. This book makes readers question the depths the industry goes to in order to pump the latest fashions into the stores we shop: What are the real costs of dressing fashionably? Dystortions: 100 Hues of Purple
by Lisa Pell
Black Rose Writing

Award-winning writer Lisa Pell brings a sci-fi tale of former journalist Addy O’Malibul, who is convicted of murder and imprisoned on the planet Malaprop, a planet in the likeness of Earth with a few distortions: national security analysts, politicians and PR folk trying to re-write history. This novel filled with murder, love and humor is one that any sci-fi lover can indulge in.
