Virginia Supreme Court rules in favor of lawmakers in redistricting case; Kennedys’ Fauquier home on sale for $5.9 million

In a case against 2011 senate redistricting, the Virginia Supreme Court ruled that lawmakers do not have to hand over private communications with consultants after they were held in contempt for refusing to disclose the documents.
