Gov. Terry McAuliffe restores voting rights to 13,000 former felons; GOP vice presidential candidate Mike Pence to appear in Purcellville

Gov. Terry McAuliffe announced that the voting rights of 13,000 former felons, who registered to vote before the Virginia Supreme Court reversed McAuliffe’s executive order, have been restored. McAuliffe pledged to restore more voting rights on a case-by-case basis.
