For a mere $10-$15, Workhouse Arts Center offers three hours of open drawing sessions with a live model. There are both nude and clothed sessions with the model posing for both one-minute gestures and longer holds. Models are booked for one- to three-week sessions. This drop-in session provides some tools—easels, stools, tables and rolling carts—but participants must bring their own drawing supplies. Can’t make it to the session on Aug. 4? No worries; sessions run every Thursday from 7-10 p.m.
