Capital Bikeshare stations to be added in Arlington; Max Scherzer matches MLB record with 20 strikeouts

New Capital Bikeshare stations with 16 bikes each will be added near Washington-Lee High School and the Westover Library in Arlington. The County Board will discuss use permits this weekend.
