Local crowdfunding alert: Grail Point Brewery

A new Northern VIrginian brewery hopes to open with help from Kickstarter.

By Stefanie Gans March 23, 2016 at 8:09 am

The team behind the forthcoming Grail Point Brewery is staying on message. “We have been on a quest for the holy grail of beers and I’m excited to say that our team has found it,” writes CEO Tyler Oyler. Language on the group’s Facebook page is peppered with “lords & ladies,” “divine brew” and “faith in our quest.” Naturally, the beers they will produce at the Sterling facilities of Beltway Brewing Co. keep with the medieval theme: Bearded Brethren Imperial Stout, Antioch Amber and Priory de Saison. Grail Point hopes to begin production by the end of the year. [Kickstarter]
