A Guide to Mid-Atlantic Amusement Parks

Northern Virginia is surrounded by a constellation of superb amusement parks. Don’t worry if you get nauseous watching roller coasters on YouTube; there are lots of fun things to do at amusement parks besides flying upside down at 70 miles per hour. Some people go for the fried dough, or the animal shows, or to pretend they’re in Heidelberg. Here’s the inside scoop on the best times to go, how to get a discount and what you should be riding. So treat yourself to a day of fun, don’t let summer go by without a day at the park.
