Summer has finally arrived, and for many that means long-awaited vacations are approaching. For some, vacation is a time to embrace their laziness. For others, it’s a time to relax but still maintain a semblance of their everyday routines, including workouts.

For the latter, working out on vacation—though maybe not at their regular intensity—can be a great way to not only keep up their regimens but also a means of still feeling healthy while reaching for that second margarita. To keep things simple and efficient on vacation, we have compiled two great workouts that you can alternate and perform equipment-free in whatever space you have available.

Workout #1
20 speed squats
10-20 pushups (based on your fitness level)
10 alternating reverse lunges on each side
10-20 pushups (based on your fitness level)
10 burpees
Rest for 1 minute, then repeat for three rounds

Workout #2
10 single leg deadlift reaches on each side
Plank for 30-60 seconds (based on your fitness level)
20 hip bridges
Mountain climbers for 30 seconds
10 squat jumps
Rest for 1 minute, then repeat for three rounds
