10 sleep products everyone in the family could use right now

Insomnia has become a concern for health experts during the global pandemic. If you, your youngsters or your teens are experiencing it, consider one of these innovative items that may help.

When it comes to keeping your mental, physical and emotional health in check, getting the appropriate amount of sleep can be detrimental, yet many Americans continue to not prioritize the number of hours they rest each night. In fact, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a third of U.S. adults report getting less sleep than the organization recommends, and approximately 30% to 35% of the global population experiences acute or short-term insomnia.

Plus, with a global pandemic in the mix, health experts worry that the population is getting even less sleep than normal due to increased emotional stress, as well as changes in daily routines.

While there are many behavioral changes individuals can make to try to get the appropriate amount of sleep each night, according to The Harvard Gazette there are also a few products experts in the field swear by. From all-natural body creams and sprays to weighted products proven to reduce stress, here are a few options you and your family may want to consider if sleep is not coming easily to you right now.
