Eating your fruits and veggies will boost your psychological well-being in just two weeks. A study out of the Department of Psychology at the University of Otago in New Zealand found that young adults who ate extra fruits and vegetables each day, approximately 3.7 servings daily, for 14 days showed an increase in motivation and vitality.
