Its Gallery Underground promotes the fine art of established and emerging artists. Every month, it shows off the work of new members, as well as other local and national artists. This season, the Capitals’ captain wasn’t on the ice as much because of upper body injuries. While the team’s consecutive playoff streak ended at eight, fans no doubt are looking forward to Ovechkin trying to pass Wayne Gretzky’s record of 894 goals.
