Happy Trails
I’m going to finally explore the W&OD Trail, which I’ve been meaning to do ever since I arrived in town a few months ago. This guide to all the stuff found along the way–restaurants, coffeehouses, tea shops, a botanical garden, so much more–came along at just the right time! I’ll lace up my roller skates and check it all out. -Kelly Kendall, editor

Hydration Station
I’m finally starting to get my groove back on the Peloton after a lazy few… years? But I want to improve my recovery so I can cycle every day. According to a study I read, hydrogen water may help with this. Luckily, I just interviewed a McLean entrepreneur who’s bringing the good stuff to NoVA with a brand called Susosu.
-Alice Levitt, food editor/critic

Roll Bounce
Being a huge hockey fan, many people think I automatically think I know how to skate. But unfortunately that isn’t true. As much as I have tried to learn both on the ice and off, I haven’t been able to get it down. After years off skates, I’m ready to give it another go at Mosaic District’s pop-up roller rink. If you see me wobbling around in full pads, make sure to say hi. –Michele Kettner, associate digital & research editor
