Tysons Corner Center’s lineup of new additions keeps growing. From immersive slime and sport experiences to new retailers and interactive play spaces, the mall has announced a wave of openings rolling out through this year and beyond. Here’s a look at the latest stores, restaurants, and attractions coming soon to the Tysons shopping destination.

Hershey Super Sweet Adventure
The immersive candy-themed pop-up officially opened in April. The new experience features interactive stations inspired by Hershey brands like Reese’s, Twizzlers, Jolly Rancher, and Hershey’s Kisses, plus customizable chocolate bar wrappers and a candy-filled retail shop. Level 1

Mavi
Turkish denim brand Mavi is bringing its contemporary apparel and elevated basics to Tysons Corner Center. Known for its premium jeans and casualwear, the retailer continues to expand its U.S. footprint. Level 2

Under Armour
Under Armour has opened a redesigned “Gen Z–coded” concept store. The Baltimore-based athletic brand’s refreshed space includes a more immersive shopping experience with updated displays and technology-focused elements. Level 2

7th Avenue Co.
Luxury modular sofa company 7th Avenue Co. is preparing to debut a showroom at Tysons Corner Center. The direct-to-consumer furniture brand has built a following for its customizable, stain-resistant couches and modern designs. The opening date has not yet been announced. Level 2

Blue Bottle Coffee
California-founded Blue Bottle Coffee is opening its first Virginia location. The specialty coffee company is opening a smaller-format kiosk serving its signature espresso drinks and pour-overs. Level 1

Casper
Known for its bed-in-a-box mattresses and sleep-focused accessories, Casper will add another in-person mattress shopping option for visitors. It is expected to open in early 2026. Level 1

Dick’s House of Sport
Dick’s Sporting Goods is bringing its experiential House of Sport concept to Tysons. The retail space will combine shopping with interactive attractions and sports-focused experiences. Other locations feature a rock-climbing wall, a multi-sport practice cage, a golf simulator, and expert services for sporting equipment. The concept is expected to open in 2027. Levels 1 and 2
Ecco
Danish footwear and leather goods brand Ecco will be joining the new store lineup. The retailer is known for its comfort-focused shoes and minimalist Scandinavian style. An expected opening date has yet to be announced. Level 1

Joe & The Juice
Hailing from Copenhagen, this coffee and juice chain has more than 70 locations nationwide. Sought for its pressed juices, sandwiches, and buzzy cafe atmosphere, Joe & the Juice has not given an opening date. Level 2

Kurt Geiger
London fashion label Kurt Geiger is adding to the international retailer roster. The accessories and footwear brand sells colorful handbags, statement heels, and trend-forward styles. Opening details have not yet been announced. Level 2

Loopy Land
One of the more mysterious additions is Loopy Land. While no details have been released, signage for the business recently appeared at the mall, including the word “Games.” Level 1

Maggiano’s Little Italy
Maggiano’s Little Italy is preparing to reopen after temporarily closing for renovations. The longtime Italian American restaurant has said it plans to reopen in June. Level 1

Pop Mart
Toy and collectible retailer Pop Mart is opening a store in addition to its popular kiosks. The Chinese brand has gained a devoted following for its blind-box collectibles, including the wildly popular Labubu figures. The store is expected to open later this year. Level 1

Sloomoo Institute
The slime-filled interactive experience is coming soon. With sensory play stations, DIY slime activities, and immersive installations, Sloomoo Institute has become a hit in cities like New York and Chicago. The Tysons location was announced in December 2025. Levels 1 and 2

Tiny’s Corner
A new family-focused play space and cafe, Tiny’s Corner, is planned for this fall. The concept will combine an indoor play area for children with a cafe and gathering space designed for parents and caregivers, according to FFXNow. Level 2

Zara
This popular fashion retailer is in the process of expanding its current two-level storefront. Shoppers can still browse while construction is underway. It’s expected to open June 4. Levels 1 and 2
