A new store is planned for Chantilly Crossing. The shopping center will soon be home to Burlington, which is set to take over part of the space previously occupied by Office Depot and Party City.
The off-price retailer will move into more than 20,000 square feet of the 30,000-square-foot building, according to a new site plan from Kite Realty Group Trust. The space is just off Route 28 and Route 50.
The retailer, which sells brand-name apparel, accessories, and home decor, operates more than 1,000 U.S. stores. Its 12 Northern Virginia locations include Alexandria, Bailey’s Crossroads, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Leesburg, Manassas, Springfield, Sterling, and Woodbridge.
Chantilly Crossing is home to a Costco, Target, Five Guys, and Lidl, among other restaurants and services.
Burlington has yet to share an opening date for the Chantilly location.
