When you walk around Tysons Corner Center these days, there’s always something new in the works. From new stores to food court additions to family-friendly activities, here are some of the openings coming to Tysons this year.

Bora Bora Smoothie Cafe

The New York–based smoothie shop has a new kiosk in the works. Located near Macy’s, the cafe has yet to announce an opening date.

Chip City Cookies

Soon you’ll be able to munch on a fresh cookie as you wander the mall. Chip City Cookies, which already has locations in Arlington, will be located next to Auntie Anne’s, so you’ll have to make the difficult decision between a hot pretzel and gooey cookie.

Gap

Gap is downsizing, moving its two-level storefront to a new store on the first floor. You can still find in-store shopping at the Gap’s pop-up location next to Macy’s. The new location is set to open this summer.

Garage

This summer, Garage will transition from its current location (which is still open) between Dr. Martens and Lego to a new spot between Zumiez and Vans.

Level 99

Last winter, Tysons Corner Center announced that the new interactive entertainment venue was in the works on the second level of the mall. It will replace part of the former two-story Barnes & Noble storefront. The social gaming playground will feature more than 50 challenges and is set to be completed this summer.

Madewell

After months of renovation and relocation, the new Madewell storefront has just opened at Tysons. Located on the second level near Bloomingdales, you’ll be able to find the same go-to jeans and stylish clothes, plus new additions like a men’s section.

Rolex

The luxury watchmaker is currently redesigning its showroom on the second floor. Shoppers can still browse for Rolexes at the showroom next door.

SKIMS

After opening its first permanent storefront in Georgetown last summer, SKIMS is expanding to Tysons. Kim Kardashian’s shapewear brand will be located next to Sephora; it’s scheduled to open this fall.

The Clay Bowl

The food court is getting a taste of Vietnam. The new concept will feature Vietnamese noodle soup, sandwiches, rice, egg and spring rolls, and more. It is currently scheduled to open this fall.

The Escape Game

Expect to find more entertainment when you visit the mall over the holiday season. This will be the first location Virginia location for the escape room brand. Test your problem-solving skills when the game opens this winter.

Under Armour

Athletes and athleisure aficionados won’t have to wait long for the Under Armour store upgrade to be completed. The renovated shop is set to open this fall. The mall does have a temporary location open near Cotton On Kids.
