Potomac Mills Sees Several New Stores Open

The mall in Woodbridge said more shops are coming in 2025.

The next time you head to Potomac Mills you’ll find several new retail shops. UGG, DTLR, Vineyard Vines, and Prime Jewelers have opened.

The mall in Woodbridge said it is on track to have 10 new stores this year and more coming in 2025.

Here’s more on each of the new stores that have opened:

  • You’ll find UGG, well-known for its sheepskin boots, outerwear, and accessories, across from the GAP Factory near the main entrance to Potomac Mills.
  • DTLR, across from Forever 21, sells streetwear and footwear, including Nike, Adidas, and Jordan.
  • Preppy brand Vineyard Vines has its collection of men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing next to Bloomingdale’s.
  • Next to Marshall’s, you’ll see Prime Jewelers. It sells fine jewelry, watches, and diamonds.

What’s Coming Next?

Potomac Mills said Dazzle Premium, Shawarma Taco, and Primark Recruiting Center are coming soon to Potomac Mills.

Dazzle Premium, opening later this fall across from the Children’s Place, sells “an array of elegant jewelry pieces, perfect for those looking to add a touch of sparkle to their collection,” a mall news release said.

Combine Middle Eastern and Mexican, and you have Shawarma Taco. It’s set to open in the Potomac Mills food court later this fall.

Primark, which opened in Tysons in July and said it had signed a lease for Potomac Mills, plans to open the Primark Recruiting Center this fall. It will be next to the food court and Burlington. Its store is expected to open in 2025.

Simon, a real estate investment trust that owns malls and mixed-use destinations, owns Potomac Mills.

Earlier this fall, it launched a nationwide campaign called “Meet Me @themall” to engage people to shop at malls. The campaign aims to get Gen Z members and their moms “to find new connections and experiences at the mall,” the company said.
