Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets announced on Jan. 30 that it will undergo renovations, beginning early this year.
Renovations will be made to the Food Pavilion, courtyards, restrooms and children’s play area. Other enhancements include free public Wi-Fi, digital directories and new signage throughout the property.
The Food Pavilion will have communal, farm-style dining tables, banquette seating and new lounge areas. New tables and chairs with umbrellas will be placed in the spots outside of the Food Pavilion, as well as seasonal planting beds and a wall trellis with climbing vines.
The children’s play area will be relocated near Old Navy and will feature new climbing structures.
A new Guests Services desk will also be introduced to the property, as well as an outdoor fire pit, courtyard seating cluster, an interactive green space with life-size games and a private nursing lounge for mothers.
