A new hotel, Tempo by Hilton, is now open on Villagio Hospitality’s NOVA Live campus in Manassas. The contemporary, four-story hotel was developed by Holladay Hospitality in partnership with Villagio.

This new hotel boasts 92 guest rooms with “spa-inspired” bathrooms, plus communal spaces like workspaces and a 24-hour fitness center.

“Tempo is built around how guests actually travel today,” hotel general manager Ronnie Simons said in a release. “Every detail — from the wellness-focused design to the seamless service — is intended to help guests feel focused, energized, and at ease.”

The hotel also includes two dining concepts. Moonsong Bar & Café offers coffee, pastries, and grab-and-go meals. Repeal Speakeasy will have handcrafted cocktails in a vintage-inspired atmosphere. According to a social media post from Villagio Hospitality, Moonsong opened with the hotel on December 29, while Repeal will open in early 2026.

Located at 9849 Discovery Blvd., Manassas, Tempo is steps away from NOVA Live concepts like The Black Sheep, The Yard, Proof Kitchen and Bar, and 2 Silos Brewing.
