4 New Eateries Coming to West Falls Development

The Falls Church neighborhood is getting ice cream, burgers, and more.

West Falls, a 10-acre mixed-use community in Falls Church, is getting several new restaurant options this spring and summer, according to developer Hoffman & Associates.

This new development contains a combination of retail and residential facilities, with apartment buildings, condos, a hotel, and the Commons, an 18,000-square-foot outdoor gathering space.

It’s already home to several retailers, including Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, CityDance Studios, Chase Bank, and Perspire Sauna Studios. Those offerings will expand this spring and summer with the introduction of four new eateries.

  • Ice Cream Jubilee, a DMV-area ice cream chain known for fun, seasonal flavors, will open at 151 West Falls Station Blvd.
  • BurgerFi, a fast-casual burger concept, will open at 168 West Falls Station Blvd.
  • Hanoo Ramen Bar will offer Japanese yakitori, ramen, aburasoba, and tsukemen in a full-service restaurant at 153 West Falls Station Blvd.
  • Dok Khao will serve authentic, made-to-order Thai food like curries, noodles, and craft cocktails at 180 West Falls Station Blvd.

Apartments at the development’s The Alder are leasing now for immediate move-ins, while condominiums at The Oak are selling for summer 2025 move-ins. It will also soon have senior living residences and a medical office building.
