Jammin Java Owners Buy DC’s Pearl Street Warehouse, Rebrand Business

The owners rebranded their events business so information about their six venues lives under one umbrella.

The folks who own Jammin Java in Vienna have added to their collection of venues with the purchase of Pearl Street Warehouse at The Wharf in Washington, DC.

No drastic changes are expected at the 300-seat venue on the Southwest waterfront, the Washington Business Journal reports.

The Brindley brothers own not only Jammin Java and Pearl Street Warehouse, but also four other DC venues: Union Stage at The Wharf, Miracle Theatre on Eighth Street in Southeast, Capital Turnaround on M Street in Southeast, and the Howard Theatre on T Street in Northwest.

Daniel Brindley tells the Washington Business Journal the brothers rebranded their events business as Union Stage Presents. Doing so brings all of the venues together in one spot where people can find out about events and where bands can book gigs.

Now, when you go to each venue’s website, you’ll see that rebranding.

Union Stage Presents expects to present roughly 1,200 concerts and events next year.
