Loudoun County continues to grow with developments. The newest on the block is Riverside Square, currently under construction in the Ashburn area.

The shopping center is located on Route 7 and Riverside Parkway, near the intersection of Ashburn Village Boulevard.

The 90,000-square-foot development will include retail, restaurants, groceries, gas stations, pharmacies and drive-thrus once complete. Day care centers and office buildings are also being considered.

Although many spaces for tenants are still available, a few have been secured. Sheetz, Texas Roadhouse and a fitness club from AARP (the first of its kind for the national organization) are all in the works. The gym would specifically cater to members over the age of 40.

Riverside Square is expected to open by the end of 2019. For more information, visit monumentrealty.com/projects/riverside-square/.
