The Sterling man who stripped down to his birthday suit and shut down part of Route 28 between Old Ox Road and Frying Pan Road has been identified as 32-year-old Jose Gonzalez Flores. Gonzalez Flores has been charged with indecent exposure, assault and battery, destruction of property, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.

On Wednesday, the Washington Airports Authority voted to cut back on the number of cabs servicing Dulles International Airport. Since 2015, taxi drop-offs have fallen 32 percent while Uber and Lyft pickups increased by 71 percent at Dulles and 56 percent at Reagan National Airport.
