A bar fight at Velocity Five bar in Centreville ended in one man dying and another sustaining minor injuries early Saturday morning. Harold Garnett was found with serious upper body wounds, was transferred to the hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead. 38-year-old Vidal Flores Cuchillas was found hiding in nearby bushes and was initially arrested for Garnett’s “malicious wounding” (the charges are being amended). Police are now looking for two other suspects who abused the second individual.

26 people were killed on Sunday when a lone gunman opened fire at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas. The shooter, who has been identified as 26-year-old Devin Kelley, once served in the U.S. Air Force and was discharged in 2014 for misconduct. In 2012, he was court-martialed for assaulting his spouse and child.

On Oct. 15, Woodbridge’s 16-year-old Sinahi Aguilar-Cruz was taken from a house party by someone who proclaimed that they were a MS-13 gang member. Aguilar-Cruz was returned home, but as of Saturday, Nov. 4, Aguilar-Cruz was reported missing once again after having left her home at 11:30 p.m.
