Comey testifies he was concerned Trump ‘might lie’; British Conservatives lose majority after snap election

James Comey testified before a Senate committee, accusing President Donald Trump and his administration of lying about the former FBI director’s firing, saying he was concerned Trump “might lie” about one of their conversations and admitting to leaking information about his meetings with Trump to the media in hopes it would lead to the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the president and possible connections to Russia.
