Number of million-dollar homes in D.C. area dropped 10 percent; fuel leak closes two lanes of I-395

According to a new report, 11.17 percent of the D.C. metro area housing market consists of homes listed at more than $1 million. However, the number of homes priced at $1 million or more dropped 10.4 percent over the past year.
