Gov. McAuliffe says Hillary Clinton will change position on TPP trade deal; car thefts rise in Arlington and Fairfax counties

Gov. Terry McAuliffe said he believes Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will change her stance and support the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, a contentious issue in the 2016 election, but he later reversed his remarks and said he has “no expectation Clinton would change her position.”
