A group of Lyon Park and Ashton Heights residents filed an appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals challenging the recently opened firearms retailer Nova Armory’s certificate of occupancy. Nova Armory owner Dennis Pratte has responded with a lawsuit against the residents and local lawmakers for interfering with his business and an “abuse of power.”
