Thomas Simeone is managing partner of Simeone & Miller, LLP. As a trial attorney, he has obtained large jury verdicts and settlements in several cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, product liability, sexual assault, and legal malpractice.
He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He was named one of the “500 leading Plaintiff Lawyers” in the United States by Lawdragon Magazine, is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, has been honored by Super Lawyers every year since 2012, and is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Simeone has appeared on MSNBC and Fox News and in The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and ESPN.com. In 1999, Mr. Simeone was WUSA’s “Newsmaker of the Day.”
The Harvard Law Review described a class action settlement that Mr. Simeone negotiated as “historic,” and the federal judge in the case described the settlement as “groundbreaking.”
Mr. Simeone attended Columbia University Law School and is an adjunct professor of law at George Washington University Law School. He is a Certified Public Accountant and worked at Price Waterhouse prior to law school.
