The real estate brokerage founded by TV personality Ryan Serhant has officially expanded into the DMV market. Serhant stars in Netflix’s Owning Manhattan and was formerly on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York.
The DMV is the firm’s second major market launch this year, following its Phoenix debut in March. The brokerage claims it had already amassed more than $500 million in collective sales volume in the DC region.
The DC market expansion includes 35 agents. It’s led by principal broker Maryanne Moyers and includes three founding agents: MJ Frazier, Lizzy Conroy, and Antonio Nguyen.

SERHANT. was founded in New York City in 2020 and has more than 1,000 agents. It currently operates in 11 states and DC.
