This past year was another record breaker for Northern Virginia real estate. With home prices continuing to slowly rise across the region, the most lavish homes in Northern Virginia also saw a price jump compared to last year. These are the most expensive Northern Virginia homes sold in 2024, according to Homes.com.
$25.5 million: 700 Bulls Neck Rd., McLean
Nestled in on a cliff overlooking the Potomac River, this larger-than-life mansion has views most of us could only dream of. Head inside this 32,000-square-foot estate for nothing but luxury.
