Even though the Virginia real estate market is the slowest it’s been in over a decade, the Northern Virginia market remains competitive. According to Homes.com, these are the most expensive homes sold in the region last month.
$7 million: 1332 McCay Ln., McLean
What does a home with 13,722 square feet include? How about six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a gourmet and catering kitchen, wet bar, wine room, and a fitness suite with a steam shower and sauna – just to name a few amenities.
