Take advantage of the cooler weather by taking your yoga class outdoors. Enjoy the beautiful views that surround the Carlyle House’s Magnolia Terrace as you work off your stress. Join the goats of Walnut Creek Farm for some much needed yoga and meditation. After you decompress during the session, enjoy plenty of goat cuddles that are sure to brighten your day. Rise and shine early this Sunday for bird watching around Seneca Regional Park. Catch the warblers as they prepare to migrate south to Central and South America.
