No matter that your chopsticks will soon puncture plaits of noodles in a thick slush of black bean paste, pork bits and softened onions, otherwise known as ja jang myun, and you will have a ferocious time leaving a strand behind because first: dumplings. Those at Jang Won, a Korean-Chinese restaurant in Annandale, are huge, fried, bubbly and crackly.
