Additionally, there will be a dedicated yeast lab for cultivating strains for experimental beers. |

Chasin’ Tails Former poker players gambled on a Louisiana-style crawfish boil and found enough success for a second location. The team will also open a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant and a tea shop in Tysons Corner. |

EXPECTED IN JULY OYSTERS AND HUSH PUPPIES Centreville’s Chasin’ Tails adds chargrilled oysters topped with a garlicky cheese blend and housemade sweet potato hush puppies to the menu in a space almost 3,000 square feet larger than the original, including a bigger patio and bar. |
