The Four Mile Run Farmers and Artisans Market is a small little thing with maybe a dozen vendors, and that includes those who sell soaps, lotions and jewelry. But there’s one stand that commands a line before the market opens: Bagel Uprising. Owner Chad Breckinridge works at the FCC by day and on Sundays is a “professional bagelist,” he jokes.
