By Bennett Freeze March 10, 2026 at 10:35 am

The countdown to spring is finally here, and with it, the arrival of ice cream season. While we don’t advise visiting each location in a single day, you’ll find fantastic flavors at each of these NoVA ice cream and custard spots. Some of these seasonal places have already opened. Others are getting ready to open, so mark your calendars and enjoy.

Great Falls Creamery

After closing for the winter, ice cream lovers are sure to be lined up once Great Falls Creamery reopens. Be aware that the business now only accepts cashless payments. 766 Walker Rd., Ste. C, Great Falls
