Attention, wine lovers: Ovoka Farm has opened a new winery on its property. Reservations to visit the Manor Home Tasting Room are available starting June 13. Tastings are Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The renowned Fauquier County cattle farm, located in Paris, is known for its F1 wagyu. It first announced plans for the Ovoka Farm Winery in January. According to its website, it crafts wines that are designed to pair with the farm’s wagyu beef and complement its agritourism experiences.
Guests will now get a chance to sample wines inside a historic manor house. The home has several different rooms, “each with its own character and charm.” And, when weather permits, there is also an outdoor seating area.

The wines will be paired with small bites featuring the farm’s wagyu beef and other local, seasonal ingredients. There will be the option to purchase a la carte menu items from the farm kitchen.
Guests can also try Ovoka Farm wines at the farm’s food truck, The Eatery, which is open at Liberty Farm Friday through Saturday. Or, wines are available by the bottle at the farm store, The Beeferie.
