All American Steakhouse in Ashburn reopened on Saturday, following a dispute with the landlord for the property, according to The Burn.
On Saturday, the restaurant posted on Facebook, “WE ARE OPEN” — and was met with comments from lots of relieved patrons. In responses to customer questions on its Facebook page, All American also said that it will be open on Super Bowl Sunday and for Valentine’s Day.
The restaurant in the Broadlands Village Center was closed for two days. The closure was unexpected to diners, as people showed up to the restaurant on Thursday night for dinner to find the doors locked. Instead of steaks, diners were met with a note on the door that said the “Landlord deems the lease terminated without the possibility of restoration or continued legal occupancy.”
All American Steakhouse opened its flagship location in Edgewater, Maryland, in 2003. The steakhouse has 10 total locations, including six in Maryland, three in Virginia, and one in Arkansas. It is best known for serving wet and dry-aged steaks, baby back ribs, seafood, and other traditional American fare.
