Fairfax City Restaurant Week returns on Labor Day with 27 restaurants offering deals on their authentic dishes.
Whether you are looking to go to your favorite eatery or venture out of your comfort zone and try something new, you’ll have the opportunity to do so from September 2 to September 8.
There will be prix fixe menus for $25 for brunch or lunch and $40 for three-course dinners. Some places will offer a two for $10 deal.
“Restaurant Week here in Fairfax City continues to grow and become even more inclusive of the local eateries that make our community so unique,” said Fairfax City Mayor Catherine Read, in a news release. “From the fine dining experience to pizza by the slice, we have something for everyone to try. There is a dish for every palate and an experience for every budget.”
You can have a two-course meal at Draper’s Steak and Seafood that includes a salad and an entrée of a deluxe burger, crabcake sandwich, or fish and chips for $25.
Ned’s New England Deck will have lunch and dinner specials, with four starter options and five entrée choices, and a two for $10 deal where you can mix and match house beer and wine.
The Wine House has a $25 brunch the weekend of September 7 to 8. Feast on selections that include smoked salmon eggs Benedict, a vegetarian omelet, and shrimp and cheddar grits.
Dolce Vita’s entrées for its $40 three-course meal include short rib lasagna, pumpkin risotto, swordfish, and roasted chicken. You can have a mini cannoli, crema Maceratese, or dark chocolate pudding with Amaretto cookies and a caramel drizzle for dessert.
Baku Delicious’ two for $10 deal features Azerbaijani tea or Turkish coffee, plus any kind of pastry, cake, or sweet.
