Inca Social Expands To Arlington

Look for a sushi-and-ceviche bar, as well as an indoor/outdoor Pisco Sour bar when the restaurant opens in October.

Peruvian fare is coming to Rosslyn. Inca Social, Vienna’s bastion of modern takes on everything from lomo saltado to Peruvian sushi, is slated to open in Arlington in mid-October. The 7,600-square-foot space will be decorated with the same flair that attracts diners to Vienna, but this time around, a sushi-and-ceviche bar, and a large indoor/outdoor Pisco Sour bar will be major features.

But that’s not the only thing that will differentiate the new location. A Peruvian marketplace will feature both local and Peruvian-made artisan goods. The market will also sell Inca Social’s beloved leche de tigre, allowing customers to make their own ceviche at home in the style of chef Michael Ciuffardi.

Ciuffardi will also be chef at the Rosslyn location. He will be working with renowned Peruvian chef Roger Arakaki, who will serve as a consultant on the project.

Besides Peruvian-style dine-in, visitors can also expect ghost kitchen that will supply at-home fans with a pan-Latin menu featuring dishes not just from Peru, but also Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil.  1776 Wilson Blvd. Unit #1, Arlington
