In its seventh year running, DC Meat Week (Jan. 31-Feb. 6) pops into Virginia with stops at Texas Jack’s Barbecue (say “Meat Week” for a three-meat, three-sides platter) and at Pork Barrel BBQ (join the Smoked Meat Smackdown team relay and play the BBQ&A Trivia Challenge dedicated to former Meat Week Captain Hayden Hurst, who died last year, with donations going to Operation BBQ Relief).
