As 2026 unfolds, Northern Virginia’s dining scene is buzzing with fresh flavors and exciting new restaurant openings. From cozy cafés and artisan bakeries to bold global eats, hot-chicken favorites, and fun dessert spots, there’s something new for every craving. These recently opened eateries offer plenty of delicious reasons to dine out. 

Arlington 

Maman 

This beloved NYC-based café and bakery serves up rustic French-inspired fare in a warm, inviting setting. Stop in for fresh-baked pastries, flaky croissants, quiches, and house-made sweets, alongside coffee, espresso drinks and light bites. 2055 15th St. N., Ste. 1b, Arlington

Cloud Fizz
