Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant to Open New Woodbridge Location

This will be the third NoVA location of the national winery and restaurant.

By Maggie Roth June 3, 2025 at 10:31 am

A new location of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is coming soon to Woodbridge. The restaurant and tasting room will occupy a space at 14901 Potomac Town Pl., Unit 150, Woodbridge.

The restaurant is listed as “coming soon” on the Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center’s website, though an exact date is not listed. The location is not yet listed on the Cooper’s Hawk website.

Cooper’s Hawk is an upscale casual national chain winery and restaurant that offers “Napa-style” wine tastings. It has a lengthy menu of American-fusion dishes, and a retail gift store with wine accessories and gifts.

It offers a membership-based Wine Club with options to receive one, two, or three bottles of a selected Wine of the Month. Wine tastings are offered for two- and three-bottle subscribers.

This will be the third NoVA location for Cooper’s Hawk, joining existing locations in Reston and Ashburn.
