Capital One Arena Adds New Suite Food Options for 2025

Suite ticket holders will be treated to an elevated tasting experience.

By Sophie Sanders May 30, 2025 at 8:02 am

If you’re lucky enough to have a seat in one of Capital One Arena’s Vault Suites, you’re about to get even luckier. As part of Capital One’s renovations, the stadium will be adding a brand-new Vault Suite Tasting Room Experience to its fan experience during the 2025-2026 season.

Beginning this October, ticket holders will notice modern upgrades to the suites themselves, plus elevated dining options. The new premium tasting menu will offer grazing tables of antipasti, freshly made salads, new arena fare, decadent desserts, and chef interactive tables.

The interactive tables will give fans the opportunity to see the chefs in action as they prepare the new entree offerings. You can watch chefs smoke your shrimp, slice the meat from your tomahawk steak, or prepare your pasta in a parmesan wheel right before your eyes.

Chef interactive table entrees include:

  • Hay Smoked Gulf Shrimp with Sweet Corn Chow Chow
  • Pat La Frieda Beef Tomahawk with Rosemary-Garlic Aioli
  • Basil Gnocchi with Heirloom Tomatoes and Genovese-Style Pesto
  • Tortellini al Ragu (cheese tortellini, slow-cooked Wagyu beef ragu, basil, pecorino romano cheese, and San Marzano tomatoes)

The Vault Suite menu will offer elevated versions of typical arena fare like sliders, hush puppies, and chicken-biscuit sandwiches. These include:

  • Dry Aged Beef Slider with Spring Gap Mountain blue cheese, bacon jam, served on a brioche bun
  • Beer Battered Blue Crab Hush Puppies with Virginia honey mustard butter
  • Duck Fat Fried Ashley Farms Chicken with pimento cheese and hot honey served on a buttermilk biscuit

New dessert offerings include wild blueberry doughnuts with a lemon glaze; salted caramel chocolate panna cotta; and liquid nitrogen ice cream with seasonal toppings.
