Chosun Hwaro, a Korean barbecue restaurant that first opened in Ellicott City, Maryland, is coming to Fairfax City. The restaurant began its soft opening yesterday, December 12.
The new location is at 10790 Fairgrounds Dr. in the new Boulevard VI development.
The menu online lists KBBQ combinations, such as the Chosun Hwaro combo for four to five people, whch includes four kinds of galbi, brisket point, gyeran jjim, and doenjang jjigae.
There are also smaller combinations, combinations with all pork, and marinated combinations. A la carte options include nine varieties of beef, four varieties of pork, dumplings, bibimbap, jjigae, and more.
“Drawing inspiration from the timeless tradition of grilling meat, we offer an immersive experience where friends and families can gather, grill, and savor the vibrant flavors of our carefully curated menu,” the website says.
Diners can now make a reservation for the Fairfax location online.
