This Lebanese restaurant has four options for mixed drinks that are available with or without alcohol — and they’re flavorful enough to stand on their own without the booze. Jula’s on the Potomac
This restaurant with waterfront views has plenty of “free-spirited” options, as the menu calls its mocktails. Sip on zero-proof versions of cocktails like mojitos or bloody Marys.
